Yellowfield and Stormfur came into AirClan's camp clearing. Yellowfield's belly was huge. It won't be too long before her kits are born.

Burningstar had been sitting near the fresh-kill pile, eating a plump rabbit when the sound of pawsteps and a strange scent of Fireclan cats filled her senses. Spinning around, she gave a warning yowl, her voice high and angered." What do you want?"she hissed, her gaze flickering from the two warriors in front of her, one with a huge swollen belly. She unsheathed her claws into the ground, dust wavering around the air around her. Her calico pelt shone like polished stones, and her eyes flickered warily at the cats.

"Please, we don't have a Medicine Cat and Yellowfield's kits will be coming soon," Stormfur said. "Also, I don't think that Phoenixstar will like it if you hurt one of her daughters," he added, looking at Yellowfield.

Burningstar snarled deeply, her muzzle wrinkling into deep lines. Her legs stiffened and she stalked in cautious circles around the warriors, eyes glaring at them as if they were pieces of prey. " What do I care what Phoenixstar thinks?" She spat, her voice full of venom." But I can't let you go and kill yourself having kits....this way." She flicked her plumed tail toward a jut in the cliff wall, then padded to Yellowfeilds other side, thoughts nervously buzzing through her mind and memories haunting her with dreadful thoughts, but she pushed them away quickly.

Yellowfield started to follow Burningstar. When she looked at her face, though, it looked as if it had a haunted look. "What's wron...," she started to say, then stopped. "Sorry, I didn't mean to... I mean, I shouldn't ask personal questions."

Burningstar let out a sorrowful sigh, her eyes dull with grief." That's ok, but i can't tell you the story now, you will have your kits soon and i mustn't disturb you with past stories." She lightly brushed the queen with her tail tip. Her eyes brightened, though the sorrow still hung in the air in a heavy silence. As they reached the medicine cat den, she let out a chilled yowl, sure to draw any cat out of their dreams. [Wow, i really can't write good today  ] |

Badgersoul was having the best dream a guy could ever had, he drempt about having Yarrowkit as an apprinitce,Goldenpaw as a mate, and Drizzletear as the leader of Windclan.GOldenpaw was pregnet again and just when she was about to have her litter and chilled yowl ecoed threw the den that made Badgersoul wake up with a starled hiss,"Good Starclan What the heck do you want!!' ' he yowled back as he stretched all his muscles.

When Burningstar let out a yowl Yellowfield felt a chill run down a spine.

Burningstar let out a light purr, and flicked her tail down Badgersoul's flank. " This isn't the time to be dreaming Badersoul!" She purred peacefully, raising her eyebrow tauntingly. " Yellowfeild is going to have her kits, and her clan doesn't have a medicine cat. Can you help her?" Her eyes shone like sunlight and she guided Yellowfeild into the Medicine cat grove and turned back to Stormfur, nodding he could go. " You'll be alright in here Yellowfeild." She whispered in her ear, her voice melding calmly.

Badgersoul yawned and nodded his head,"I will see what I can do..." he meowed and stretched again."Ok, lay down in my nest while I get some herbs ready"

Badgersoul smiled,"My name is Badgersoul...I come from a place far away from her called Windclan, I was the medicine cat apprintice there but me and my friend Shard, now knowen as Midnightfrost,ran ventured far from those lands and found refugee here"

Burningstar looked over the two cats, as Yellowfeild lay down on a large nest of moss and straw from the plains. Nodding quietly, she went to retrieve a piece of fresh-kill before padding over to drop it before the queen. " Here, you need to build your strength." With that, she curled up beside the nest, her eyes glistening nervously.

Badgersoul padded off to find the herbs he needed.After what seemed like hours Badgersoul walked up with a bundle of herbs, BAdgersoul droped them on the ground and sence he wanted to make sure Yellowfeild felt safe he explained what to do with each one,"First eat this, it is Chamomile I will relax you" he explained as he pushed the herb close to Badgersoul.
