Wingpaw and Silverpaw only!

Silverpaw felt Wingpaw's paw connect with his forehead. Nice job! he meowed as he felt pain course through his already throbbing head. He shook his head, then sat down infront of Wingpaw and looked at her. What do you want to learn next? he asked her, curling his tail around his paws.

Wingpaw looked around and she said excitedly " Can you teach me how to attack from the rear. and flip to the front?"

Sure, Silverpaw meowed. You stalk up behind your target like this, Silverpaw said, demonstrating, then you leap over their whole body and attack. You have to make sure you get enough spring though, otherwise you won't go all the way over. You try it on me and I'll tell you what you're doing wrong if you need help.

Silverpaw positioned himself a tail-length away from Wingpaw and turned his back to her.

Wingpaw sneaked silently on her paws then she sprigged above Silverpaw . and Landed on him. She started to laugh.

Silverpaw's face was in the dirt, and he had some up his nose. Nice try, you have to jump higher though, He meowed, his voice slightly muffled by the ground. He slithered out from underneath of Wingpaw. With a loud snff he blew the dirt and sand out of his nose. Spring yourself into the air like this, He meowed, then demonstrated. He crouched down low to the ground and shoved up with all his force, using all four paws. He flew three tail-lengths into the air, then landed softly on the ground again. You'll get better as you practice, don't worry.

Do you have any idea how rediculous you looked when she landed on you? It was hilarious!

Wingpaw got on her paws and tried again. This time she jumped 3 fox lengths and made it.. She hoped about like a kit who got there first apprentice name. She looked around thankful she didn't mess up badly. Starting to lick her paws, Wingpaw waited for the next thing to do.

Nice job! When you jump over like that, you can attack their face with your claws and such, Silverpaw meowed. He wasn't going to have her try that though; he wanted to keep his face in-tact. Alright, what should I teach you next...I know! He exclaimed, his tail twitching happily. I'll show you this really neat move, ok? You dodge their attack and nip at their back paws, then kick them in the stomach so they go flying!

Wingpaw couldn't resist saying"Cool! I wonder what it looks like!" She watched real close at Silverpaw and waited for him to move. Her eyes where glistening with happiness and excitement. The trees had no wind or light in them, It was a lonely place that is similar to that of a Twilight zone.

Silverpaw dashed at Wingpaw, nipping carefully at her back paws. When he was underneath of her, he pushed his back legs into her stomach, but stopped short of actually throwing her. See? That's how you do it, but you have to push up much harder, he meowed, then backed up. Now you try to do that to me. Be careful with your teeth though, He said as he walked a few tail-lengths away.

Wingpaw got away from Silverpaw and waited for him to get up. When he did she ran at him trying to just gently nip at him. then she went under the stomic remembering what he did, She got underneath him and put her paws at his stomic but stop short.

Nice job! Silverpaw meowed. I think we should go back, we'll have to train with our mentors in the waking world soon, he meowed, sitting down. onder how long we've been training... He thought, blinking his eyes slowly.

Wingpaw watched him fade then she tried to relax,but couldn't she kept having bad thoughts enter her mind. Also things that she began to wonder if she was doing the right thing.. She thuoght to herself"At least I don't have to worry about a spirit" sighing. Wingpaw finally went to sleep in both worlds.
