Yellowfield walked into her mother's den. "Phoenixstar," she said, "I'm going to have Stormfur's kits."

"Well that's great! I'm so happy for you!" Phoenixstar said. "Have you told Redheart, and Firestorm yet?"

"No, not yet. But I will," She replied.

All of the sudden Redheart and Firestorm. "Hey Yellowfield. What are you doing? I didn't know this was a family meeting," Redheart meowed. "Hey Firestorm, did you know that this was a family meeting?"

"No, but I think Yellowfield has something to tell us," Firestorm answered, looking at the happy look on Yellowfield's face.

"Well go on and tell them," Phoenixstar said to her daughter.

"Well... I'm going to have Stormfur's kits!" Yellowfield exclaimed.

"Well that's great!" Redheart and Firestorm meowed.

Stormfur came in after Yellowfield had spoken. "Do you like our announcement?" he asked. Then he went up and gave Yellowfield a lick on the ear.
