Phoenixstar jumped onto the high rock "Let all cats old enough to catch their own fresh-kill join here for a clan meeting." she called.
Redheart,Yellowfelid,Firestorm came over to the rock pride in all their eyes at being mentors.
Lynxkit,Lightingkit,Sunkit, all came over they were going to be apprentices at last.

Wingkit walked towards the rock next to Silverkit with her tail high up.
Gingerfrost still felt bad that her brother wasn't here going to receive his apprentice. She sighed then thought to herself"I must be happy.. For him and for me I'm receiving my first apprentice!" Suddenly a smile formed on her lonely face as she gazed at who was going to be her apprentice. She felt like a kit again. Wanting the best for her clan and not her kin. Actually when she found she had kin.

Timberwolf padded over to sit under the rock and Ashkit walked after him.
"We have some kits that are going to become apprentices today. Lynxkit untill you earn your warrior name you will know as Lynxpaw,Timberwolf you are ready for your first apprenctice you are a brave and loyall warrior i hope you will pass this one to your apprentice." she meowed
"I will Phoenixstar." meowed Timberwolf.
"Wingkit you will be know as Wingpaw untill you earn your warrior name, Redheart you will mentor Wingpaw you are a brave and caring warrior i hope you will pass this on to Wingpaw." she meowed "Lightingkit from this day untill you earn your warrior name you will be know as Lightingpaw Gingerfrost you are ready for your first apprentice you are quick and fast i hope you pass that one to your apprentice. Sunkit from this day forward you will be know as Sunpaw untill you earn your warrior name Winterstorm will be your mentor, Winterstorm you are a strong and fast warrior i hope you pass this on to Sunpaw.Silverkit and Ashkit the clan has had many warriors fall ill and there are not enough warriors to take you on so i will mentor both of you." she meowed.

Wingkit walked over to Redheart and touched noses with him.
Gingerfrost looked at her apprentice with a huge smile. It was like she was different cat then the last 2weeks. This might have been what she needed. Pheonixstar thought Gingerfrost was fast. She was proud. Gingerfrost would be happy to teach Lightingkit.

Nightkit ran into the clearing hoping no one had seen her leave early.
Phoenixstar looked up and saw Nightkit. "Nightkit from this day forward untill you earn your warrior name you will be know as Nightpaw, I was going to have Rownan mentor you, but since he is not here Timberwolf will mentor you." she meowed.
Lightingpaw ran over to her mentor "What will we do first?" she asked.
Redheart padded over to Wingpaw. "well what would you like to do first?" he asked.

Gingerfrost heard that she suddenly felt something heavy on her heart.. She wanted to cry and look sad.

Winterstorm padded next to Firestorm, a huge smile on his face. His tail held up high, and his eyes enlightened with excitement. He sat next to her, his snowy white pelt ruffling slightly from the sudden breeze of wind. The tom nodded, though he was so very confused. I accept apon mentoring Sunpaw. The tom meowed. His eyes were glazed with truth and laced with pride that he was chosen for mentoring. The tom padded to SunPAW and touched noses with her.

Sunpaw ran forward "what are we going to do i want to learn ever thing there is to know." she meowed.
Firestorm let out a purr "Don't worry Winterstrom will teach you everthing you need to know." she meowed.

Silverpaw hissed. You said Winterstorm was mentoring me! I hate you! He whirled around, not touching his nose to his mother's. He stormed past everyone and sought refuge in the Apprentice's Den. He found an empty nest and ploped down, then began to sob uncontrolably. I hate my mother, she lied to me! She said Winterstorm was going to be my mentor, not her! I hate her, I hate her, I hate her! He thought as his tears continued to flow down his soft cheeks. He cried and cried, he didn't care what anyone said. He wanted Winterstorm to mentor him.

Ashpaw ran after his brother into the den and lyed next to him. He had never seen his brother upset like this he stroked his tail across his brother. "Will get back at mother." he meowed.
Bloodfang appreaed 'Yet again your mother has broken the warrior code you asked for a mentor and she did not give it to you, you may use this at gatherings tell the other cats how she broke the warrior code." meowed Bloodfang.

Silverpaw sniffed and nodded, narrowing his eyes. He lashed his tail as the last tear fell from his cheek. He would expose his mother's trechery at the first Gathering he went to. Nothing would stop him, NOTHING!
