Apolloeye slithered out from underneath a bush, keeping his stomach on the ground. He scented the air and picked up a mouse's trail. He placed himself in the hunting position, pinpointing the mouse. He wiggled his hindquarters slightly then lept at the mouse, finishing it off with a swift bite to the neck. He scraped earth over his prey and meowed, "Deathjaw, come on, I've already caught a mouse, stop messing around and get over here!"

Deathjaw lept over the bush and Apolleye sailing in the air. He closed his jaws and caught a bird in midflight. "I caught a.... Robin." he barked as he smiled.

"Stop showing off and bury the stupid bird so we can keep hunting," Apolloeye meowed crossly. He scented the air; he could detect the faint scent of fox, but it was pretty stale. His ears swiveled in each direction, listening for prey. When he picked up the sound of a rabbit's heartbeat, he crouched again and stalked up towards the sound. He sprung up into the air and landed on the rabbit with a soft thunk. He bit it's neck, killing it instantly.

Deathjaw padded over to a stream, and put his head in it. He sighed and waited for a fish to pass by. He snaped his jaws shut around a fish, and took his head out of the water. He padded by and bush, and sniffed at it he growled at the fox secent. Though he would be in no danger if there was another fox near by.

"The fox you're scenting is stale, you idiot," Apolloeye meowed. "You're going to scare away all of the prey if you keep on growling like that. Be quiet!" He lashed his tail, then scented the air again. He didn't pick up the scent of prey, so he sat down and swipped his tongue across his chest really fast.

Deathjaw sat down on the ground, he turn his muzzle to face the wind. "Well i'll tell you what i do smell, and thats Fireclan. Its not because were by the border either." barked Deathjaw.
Timberwolf padded around by the border hoping to see Deathjaw someday.
(aww he wants to see the fox one last time)

Apolloeye jerked his head up and scented the air. "You're right, come on. We have to find where the FireClan cat is," He meowed, leaping to his paws. He began to sniff and search around, using his nose and ears as his eyes. "Do you know who it is?" He asked Deathjaw, not quite sure who the FireClan cat was. He didn't know all of the FireClan cats; he had never bothered to learn their names.

Deathjaw lepted to his feet and went after his clan mate. "I can't tell that much its moved down wind." he barked. He looked around using his keen eye sight instead of his nose. He could see somehing moving and he jumped. He barked as he found he had hit a cat and pinned it down.

"Nice job," Apolloeye meowed, hearing Deathjaw pin the cat. "Who is he? He smells sort of like EnergyClan!" Apolloeye hissed, hoping that the cat wasn't who he thought he was.

Deathjaw turned to his clanmate to see what he would say.

"Timberwolf!" Apolloeye hissed. He heard Deathjaw look at him, but he ignored the look for right now. "What are you doing in EnergyClan territory, you traitor?!" He hissed. The fur along the ridge of his spine rose, making a small orange mountain chain along the cat's back. "Deathjaw, hold him down, but don't completely crush him," Apolloeye ordered.

"Maybe you've lost your sence of smell, Timberwolf. You're over the border!" Apolloeye snarled, baring his fangs. He lashed his tail and kneaded the ground with his paws. "What are you doing on our territory?" He spat, not really caring if he came off as hostile.

"Gatherings are the only time you should even be thinking about seeing Crystalstorm, you dirty tratior!" Apolloeye hissed, ready to attack Timberwolf. "Deathjaw, bite him. Hard," Apolloeye instructed. He had no intention of letting the FireClan cat get away without any scratches.
